February's Report did not look good as the columns were messed up. They were aligned correctly when I was doing it but I don't know why it changed upon posting. I do exercises/stretches before and after my activities(walk,jog or run) even after a race if I don't forget. Or walk some after a race. Warm-up and cool-down is a must for me now that I am an old man. My sciatica(right foot up to butt area) has been bothering me for several years now. I have to warm up before I run to ease the numbing/pain. I read somewhere that sciatica is hard to get rid of and I will take it with me to my grave. At least I get something, he, he.
