Still can not align columns. Old blog postings from April 2011 to Jan. 2012
went to draft files. Also comments were deleted. Guess I accidentally
pressed the wrong keys. One of these days, will get it right. Bear with me.
This month I did 7 short races; 5-5K's, 1-5 miler & 1-10K and my week
mileage is still low. The target is 50-60 miles a week but never materialized.
Tough getting old. Nevertheless, life goes on. Till next month.
