              Stationary Bike, Inversion Table & 20 lbs. Dumb Bells. Duration of an hour.
              Massage calves, side of shins, thighs, butts and used Foam Roller on feet,
              butts and lower back. No walking, jogging or running activity.

    upcoming NYC Marathon on Nov. 4, 2012. Except for my sciatica ( right side butt

  1. Impressive mileage you got there. 1000 miles this year is easy. Keep it up Joe!

    At our AG, age don't matter that much anymore. At the SFM, only 2-70 yrs runners made it to the top ten and the rest are 72+.

  2. Thanks Art. No problem on mileage as long as there is no injury. The question is, mileage has to be quality training miles. Let us hope that as we age, we will still be running. Btw, I will be running the Long Beach Marathon this October. Take care and stay well.
