Month of January 2012 Running Report

Greetings everyone! The month of January went by fast. I had 5 races to run, one where I was a no-show on account of snow which was the Manhattan Half-Marathon. It was made a fun run (no competition) and for record purposes everyone who registered was scored to have ran it. Opted not to run as I did not want to drive in the snow. With one day of rest a week, I missed 9 days running during the month due to inclement weather; snow, rain & cold temperature and also because of my plain laziness and being tied up with home chores as "apo" babysitting. And I thought I am supposedly retired. Any way, here is how I fared in my endeavor.

My total mileage for the month is 119 miles or 190 kilometers which is averaging approximately 3 miles(about 5 kms.) per day. What a lazy bum I've been. Will try to add more miles on the following months.
Happy Running/Walking and until next time. God Bless.
